Before you enter the forums on this website, please read these terms of use carefully. By participating in any forum, you are agreeing to the terms of use set forth below.

Please remember that any information you disclose in a forum becomes public information and can be used by people you do not know. Accordingly, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or other information in a forum. Any such disclosures are at your own risk.

By participating in these forums, you agree abide by the Forum Terms of Use (TOS) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlined in this document.

BlackWolfe.NET forums are intended for entertainment purposes only. Use of the forums is at the discretion of site management and administrative staff (ADMIN).

By participating in these forums, you acknowledge that the BlackWolfe.NET administrative staff is not responsible for the posts of other forum users. In return, BlackWolfe.NET promises to maintain the forums and enforce the TOS and AUP to the best of our ability.

Acceptable Use Policy

The BlackWolfe.NET forums have a distinction between adult and general-audience topics. Keep all foul language and other adult content OUT of the general-audience forums.

"Trolling" - posting inflammatory, controversial, or off-topic messages or links - is not acceptable on BlackWolfe.NET. See the Punitive Actions section of this document for further information.

Violation of General-Audience guidelines is not tolerated. As a furry-themed website, BlackWolfe.NET has a responsibility to the furry fandom. While pornographic material does exist within the furry fandom, and, indeed, on BlackWolfe.NET, responsible practice requires us to separate that content from general-audience materials.

Note that these rules also apply to information included with your posts, such as User Name, Display Name, or other profile information displayed.

Punitive Actions for violations of the AUP and TOS

BlackWolfe.NET administrators will monitor behavior of forum members as time permits. Violators of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy can and will be punished as follows:

1. Warning - First time offenders may receive a warning, depending on the severity of the offense. This warning will be provided via Private Message and/or email.
2. Limited Use - Repeat offenders, or serious offenders, may have their use of some of the forum features temporarily removed.
3. Suspension - Continued offenses, or especially serious offenses, will result in a complete suspension from forum activities for a period of time no less than one week.
4. Expulsion - In the case of egregious offenses, or offenses within a reasonable amount of time after receiving a suspension or limitation on forum use, members will have all of their account privileges revoked.
5. IP Block - Members who have been SUSPENDED or EXPELLED from the forums will have their IP addresses logged. A repeat offense from the same IP address will result in all site functionality being blocked for that IP address.

Privacy Policy

The following information is requested by BlackWolfe.NET as part of user registration:

• Email Address: As the site uses email validation upon registration, and website messages are sent via email, it is important that your email address be valid. You have the ability to show or hide your email address at your discretion, or to allow other forum users to email you without sharing your email address with them.
• Birth Date: Because BlackWolfe.NET can contain material of an adult nature, your Birth Date is required to verify your eligibility to view such material. Being under the age of 18 does not restrict you from access to the BlackWolfe.NET website, but it does prevent you from accessing adult material
• Password: Good security practices recommend that you do not use the same password for BlackWolfe.NET as other websites. Passwords are encrypted for your protection. AT NO TIME will BlackWolfe.NET administrative staff request your password, and you should not share it with anyone. Password resets can be requested by contacting BlackWolfe via the main website.

Your user name and display name can be anything (provided it does not violate the TOS or AUP), and it is recommended that you do not use any Personally Identifying Information (PII) for this purpose.
